Our Commitment to Guests, Staff & Owners During COVID-19
As the impact of COVID-19 evolves, we continue to follow the guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization, as well as federal, state and local authorities.
We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and associates. On a daily basis we are working to ensure that they meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning.
Our hotels’ health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and include everything from hand washing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to guest room and common area cleaning procedures.
It’s important for us that our guests feel safe and comfortable staying with us. The Belvedere is currently open but at a limited capacity. We will not be renting out any rooms with shared bathrooms for the time being and certain common areas will be closed. As a courtesy, we have waived all cancellation fees for reservations for the 2020 season with 72 hours notice before your scheduled arrival. If you have reached out to us regarding canceling a reservation, we will be contacting everyone with available options.
As a small business we are so grateful to you, our guests, and our staff, as we all navigate the challenging circumstances the world is facing in the weeks and months ahead. However, we know that we will endure and come out stronger for the future.
